Cute Timer is a free tool provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to run timers, manage a to-do list, and listen to our lo-fi tracks while you work. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. No accounts, no data
The Service runs entirely in your browser. We don't create accounts and we don't store your to-do list or settings on our servers. Your data lives in your browser's local storage and you're responsible for backing it up (or simply letting it go) as you see fit.

The Cute Timer name, logo, mascot ("Pommy"), artwork, and all content on this site are our property or the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or re-sell any part of the Service or its design without permission.

Cute Timer is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. You use the Service at your own risk.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cute Timer and its creators won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes missed deadlines, lost productivity, or a stray nap that lasted too long.
